I'll plump for Namor as the 'villain'.

That would be cool! And it would fit in with that one report Natasha saw regarding suspicious activity off the coast of Africa what General Okye (I think that's how they spell it) of Wakanda vaguely assured her was being "handled by not handling"...

I kind-of liked Namor. Read the comics, but they didn't really grab me like Batman did at that time.

Namor always struck me as an arrogant toe rag. But then, I guess as a Marvel villain, thats how he is supposed to come across.

He was one of those psychologically tortured types, IIRC. He had conflict about the dry-landers (or whatever his version of Atlantis called the rest of us.) There was a lot more of that than action in his comics. Sometimes it was interesting, other times it was too forced to enjoy. Again, IIRC.

This is Marvel we're talking about. All of their characters are psychologically tortured types....
LOL!

Lol! But at least you get some action with the others. IIRC (it's been decades) Namor was a brooding hero with tons of brooding and an occasional slip into hero-ing.

Gawd. Let's hope they actually make him something more than the major precursor of Millennial Woes. (Editing because typo.)
