Hmmm.... I figured more along the lines of 115 years
Born: July 4, 1918
Enlisted: age 24 (1942)
Two Years service post-Serum, so 26 when he was frozen in 1944.
Thawed 2012
Final battle with Thanos and returning the stones 2023, aged 37
Returns to Peggy 1945 and take the slow road back to "present time" aging 78 years.
78+37=115
