And here I thought Romanoff's (or is it Romanov?) changing appearance was due to her background as an undercover operative.

I thought her changing appearance was due to different designers/stylists and changing fashion trends. Sometimes an apple is just an apple.
Interesting angle on her changing romantic interests meaning Skrull Widow has subverted the former love and is going after the next one. Might explain why the partner changing doesn't affect morale in the joint Avengers. Does that mean Hawkeye was the first to be subsumed?
Commenters mention her flashbacks in Age of Ultron. I'd forgotten which movie or the circumstances, but that BW at least is not a Skrull. If a change happened, it would have to be after that movie if the Skrull, if any, is BW.
I refute their basic premise that, since the Skrull will be showing up, that means there's already a Skrull plant in the MCU. The plant, if any, could easily happen at the outset of the Skrull movie or between the prior movie and the Skrull movie, and lead to situations to be addressed in the film.
I think they didn't go far enough in their speculation about BW's romantic leanings. They were all like, 'oh, she'll get cozy with this one or that one in order to let a Skrull take his place.' They didn't consider that a romance, say between BW and BB/H would potentially mean that BB/H would be reluctant to fight against her if/when she's revealed because 'lurve.'

Not sure if Banner is still with us....
He spent the intervening two years between the ending of Age of Ultron and Thor: Ragnarok as Hulk. Consistently. Banner may be gone and there is only Hulk.

He seemed to be comfortable changing back and forth in the climax of Ragnarok.
