I don't know about Daredevil showing up. They might create a completely different lawyer for the job, depending on whether Spidey is crimanally charged or if he decides to sue. I never followed Daredevil, but from what I've seen online, isn't he a criminal defense lawyer?

I only saw the (chopped down) movie in theaters with Ben Affleck. And I saw the character on the very short lived Neflix The Defenders which, from what I remember, only had one season. Which was a real shame.
But, from what I remember of the comic book, he saw himself as a lawyer for those who could not actually afford one otherwise. I think he took both criminal and civil cases.

Lawyers usually specialize, probably because there are so many laws and so many cases they can reference for their upcoming case.
