Actually, I did look that up. It kept hitting a wall at the back of my mind so a search got me to some MCU wiki or other that knocked right through that wall. The commercials seem to speak to things that hurt or upset Wanda at one time or another.

Having only seem the commercials, am I the only one to think that the ominous ticking is rather reminiscent of the ticking of the clock in Disney's animated Peter Pan that warned Captain Hook that the crocodile what lurking near?
Or is that my very tired brain just making random irrelevant connections?

No, you're right up there with the various reviewers. The ticking also gets faster as it goes on. Speculation is this is the ticking of the bomb that didn't explode.

Could be. I think she's totally unraveled. Remember, she just came back from the Snap, too. When she dusted, she was grieving over Vision's dead body. For her, it was seconds between being dusted and appearing on the battlefield. Then, and this was a deleted post-credit scene from Endgame, from what I understand, she invades SWORD's facilities and steals Vision's body, which, for some reason, was in pieces in the lab five years after the Snap. In this iteration, as you'll notice on that shirt, the SW stands for Sentient Weapons. Vision and Ultron could both be seen as sentient weapons. WandaVision, in Wanda's mind, takes place just days and weeks after Vision's death, not five years later.
