That's funny since Loki was always gender fluid, even in the Eddas. He was also species fluid, which is how he gave birth. Link.

Could imagine part of his "intake interview" at the TVA.
TVA Clerk: Sex? Loki: (smiles showing all his pearly whites and laughs) Absolutely! Anyone, any thing. (smirks) any time.
Loki and Raven (Mystique) Darkholme have lead the way in the comics for decades. Even in X-Men: Evolution (animated 2000-03) it was implied that Mystique and Destiny (who is a mutant with precognitive powers) raised Rogue
So..... the banjos play merrily on Asgard as well?

Lol! You haven't read about how Loki and Thor cross-dressed to fool a giant who wanted to marry Freya. Also, Loki gave birth to the eight-legged horse Sleipnir who became Odin's favorite mount. Not sure if Loki and Angerboda are blood-related. She's a giant, he's at least half-giant.
His children by Angerboda are Hel, the Fenrir Wolf, and Jǫrmungandr the Midgard Serpent. His son by his wife Sigyn is Narfi.
No, the intake is a lot different. Apparently, the TVA believes in kangaroo courts.

Cross dressing does not make one gender fluid. Dating outside one's species will, however. Except that in Thor:Ragnarok Hel (goddess of Death -- the Asgardian underworld?) is show as his and Thor's sister. :: banjos play the theme from the movie Deliverance in the background.

Well, the dating outside of one's species - does it count if you've shape-shifted into that species in order to seduce an enemy combatant away? The MCU isn't Asatru. Obviously. Thor was married to Sif, not Natalie Portman. Sif was a blonde, her hair now spun from gold because Loki chopped off her real hair. Thor was a redhead, not just a Redbeard. Thor also has two daughters by Sif and two sons by a different wife. Odin doesn't die until the events of the actual Ragnarok, which is when Thor and Loki also die. Here is the story of how Sif got her golden wig: www.ancientpages.com/2018/06/30/norse-goddess-sif-who-lost-her-golden-hair-due-to-lokis-evil-deed/Hel is Loki's monstrous daughter with one half of her face normal, the other half blue. She is usually depicted as being somewhat ugly. Odin appointed her to rule over the realm of the same name. Some modern scholars equate her to Kali, who also carries away the dead. Hel's dead are the ones that don't go to Valhalla. So, the banjos don't need to come out of the corner quite yet.
