The link led to the Lady Loki article.
I don't get the big deal with this alternate Loki. He's a shape-shifter. He's shifted into many different forms, both male and female, human and animal. Maybe not in the comics but most certainly in the Eddas. Is Lady Loki supposed to be a different character or Loki in female form?

Loki in female form. She's apparently been seen around the comics off and on.

Seriously, what does one expect from a shape-shifter? Looking for a guy? Bam, I'm a girl. Looking for a human? Bam, I'm your neighbor's friendly dog.
Odin was also known for tricking people about his identity so I guess the MCU apple doesn't fall far from the Edda tree.
