My pick would be earlier Black Panthers. T'Chaka, his father, and on back, along the lines of the old Phantom comic series. They'd need to make more episodes, but this could be a multi-season thing. Older Hulk stuff - meh, once you get the gamma radiation, you'd probably end up with a series like the old Hulk TV show with a Have Gun, Will Travel vibe. Mar-Vell? Nope. Sounds like a lot of exposition. If they want to do early Asgard, they'd still need to have Thor, Loki, and all as adults, that is, if they want to go more with the mythology. And Sif would need blond, or more accurately, golden hair (once Loki cut it all off) but some things, like Freya's proposed marriage to a giant, would be hilarious. CPT America and a crew - they already replaced that in the CPT America movie with the Howling Commandos. I'd love to see SGT Fury and his Howling Commandos making a show, but that opens up the problem of the current Nick Fury being black and the original Nick Fury being white. Now, Nick Sr. could have married a black woman, but given anti-miscegenation laws that were in place until the latter 1960s (see Loving v. Virginia) he'd have to be twenty years older than he was in WWII before having this child.

I was thinking they could still make it work with a white Nick Fury and the Howling Commandos in the MCU as a WWII series, but then I googled and the current (MCU) Fury was born December 21, 1951. So, about four years before the Loving vs Virginia Supreme Court decision.
So, it would have to be a What If...? episode (broadcasting of episodes begins in August). They are all animated. And, apparently there are currently ten of them.

More like 14 years before. The thing about anti-miscegenation laws was that they were different for each state that had them. It's possible that Fury could have married a black woman when he came home if he lived in a state that didn't ban marriage between whites and blacks. And, there were some states that never had those laws. I guess it would depend on social conditioning in those states, if any. All states that had those laws prohibited marriage between blacks and whites. I don't know if these laws prohibited non-whites from marrying other races besides whites. Wikipedia doesn't say. If you scroll down here you can see who was barred from marrying whites, when those laws were enacted, and when they were repealed or just left behind at taking up statehood: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-miscegenation_laws_in_the_United_States

In Texas, I think the law didn't care if blacks and dark skinned Hispanics married each other. And, we didn't have any Asians in the area, it being small town/rural Texas.

Some areas of TX might have had Asians due to the railroads.

The little place I call my hometown was on a rail line. We had a train yard, a depot for the passenger service and a nice three story hotel with a dining room was right next to the depot. There was a feed store between the hotel and momma's little cafe (two tables, a jukebox and four stools at the counter). She had a set lunch menu (monday meatloaf, tuesday pork chops sort of thing) with choice of tea (sweet or not) or soda and coffee after along with hamburgers (OMG Whataburger should taste so fabulous!!), cheeseburgers, fries. And a walk up window.
We had whites, blacks and hispanics. I don't think I ever saw an Asian (aside from on TV) until after I got married.

Larger cities might have, again due to railroad construction. I should have been clearer.
The small town we first lived in up in SoDak had whites and Lakota, one Arab, and one black (the first-born). Everyone was immensely racist no matter what their ethnicity. I had to get out of there. The next small town had a president and an annual pancake breakfast. Demographics pretty much Scandanavian down to the Fargo accent. The next town over had a branch of USD and all sorts of ethnicities, including a Nigerian runner who was out on the roads down our way nearly every morning. Universities seem to draw people from other countries.
